Terms & Conditions of Service

By approving an estimate from us and scheduling service, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. WHAT RESULTS TO EXPECT Our goal is to significantly improve the appearance of your property; however, results may vary. • Organic growth is typically removed effectively • Heavily stained surfaces may improve but not fully restore • Non-organic stains may remain unless specifically treated • Some discoloration may be permanent • Surfaces may take time to fully dry and reveal final results CUSTOMER NOT PRESENT If the customer is not present at the time of service, an invoice will be sent electronically and must be paid online upon completion. BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS Customer acknowledges that Texas Power and Softwashing may take before and after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information will be shared. PLANTS & LANDSCAPING DISCLAIMER We take precautions to protect landscaping; however, cleaning solutions may pose risk. • Customer should pre-water plants if possible • Pre-existing plant health issues may increase risk • We are not liable for damage to landscaping due to chemical exposure RE-CLEAN POLICY If Customer is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 48 hours. We will assess and may perform a re-clean at our discretion. This does not apply to excluded stains or conditions.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services

We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Credit Card (processed on-site before departure) • Debit Card (processed on-site before departure) • Check • Venmo • ACH If the customer is not present at the time of service an electronic invoice will be sent and can be paid online. Failure to remit payment upon completion may result in additional collection actions as permitted under Texas law, including recovery of reasonable collection costs and fees.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. • No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • No loss of use or property value • No liability for pre-existing damage or hidden defects INDEMNIFICATION Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Power and Softwashing from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: • Failure to properly prepare the property • Failure to disclose known property defects • Unsafe conditions on the premises

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties

This document supersedes all prior discussions or representations between Texas Power and Softwashing and the Customer. No modifications shall be valid unless made in writing. By approving an estimate and scheduling service, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
